Yahoo distinguishes minimum requirements for all senders and additional bulk-sender obligations.

Delivery to Yahoo. Yahoo does not publish a universal fixed numerical bulk threshold here. We therefore do not apply Gmail’s threshold to Yahoo.

All senders need SPF or DKIM; bulk senders need SPF and DKIM plus DMARC at least p=none with alignment. Other requirements concern sending IPs, message format, spam below 0.3% and easy unsubscribe. Subscribed bulk messages need one-click unsubscribe, with requests processed within two days. DNS cannot demonstrate that these processes work.
