Microsoft consumer delivery at Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live. The cited obligation covers domains sending more than 5,000 messages per day. This does not assess a Microsoft 365 tenant.

Mandatory controls are SPF pass, DKIM pass and DMARC at least p=none with SPF or DKIM alignment. A valid DNS record is only a prerequisite. Actual message outcomes remain unknown without message evidence. Below the declared volume threshold, high-volume obligations are not applicable rather than passed. Microsoft additionally recommends functioning unsubscribe, accurate reachable sender addresses, list hygiene and consent.
